Scheduling: Please call/text (385) 515-0050 or email me to inquire about my availability.  I meet with individuals and couples in-office and via HIPPA compliant video/phone counseling.  I offer evening and weekend appointments if the traditional 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM M-F office hours do not fit your schedule.

Coverage/plans: I am an in-network provider with Aetna, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Optum/UnitedHealthCare, Concern EAP, Lyra Health, ACI Specialty Benefits, New Directions Behavioral Health, Provider Network of America, UMR, and Triwest.

Cost per session: My full rate per session is $120.  I offer a sliding scale ($70-$100) for those who qualify.  I accept most credit/debit cards including HSA (Health Savings Account) cards.

Privacy and Confidentiality: My office is private, discreet, and is found in a professional suite with tax accountants, financial planners and other therapists.  Your information will be kept confidential, however, I am required by law to report any disclosure(s) of abuse and/or neglect of children and other vulnerable populations.  I am also required to report suicidal/homicidal intent and plans.
